Jim Smith: CEO A vision for the future Mr. Smith joined ControlDOCS in January of 2001 as Chief Executive Officer. He began his career at IBM and held various management positions in IBM, Control Data, and Texas Instruments, in software, services and related fields. He has served as President of two start-up software companies, both dealing in the healthcare software market. He is a graduate of Stanford University and holds a MBA from the University of Southern California.

Jeff Johnson: Vice President - Business Processes & Information Technology Maximizing the power of IT for you Mr. Johnson has a vast knowledge of what it takes to develop sound business processes, as well as, build and support a secure state-of-the-art computer network. He has served as Director of Application Development for a mid-size software development company and brings in-depth experience in general computer controls and business process consulting from Deloitte and Touche LLP. He received his Masters of Accountancy and Information Systems from Brigham Young University.
